    Directions

    Step 1

    瘦肉加入1茶匙玉米粉及油拌一拌。Mix lean meat with 1 tsp corn flour and some cooking oil.

    Step 2

    把锅加入并加入少许油,然后放入瘦肉片炒至变色。Heat some oil in wok, sauté lean meat until change color.

    Step 3

    加入淮山、豆腐、生姜、葱白。Add in fresh Chinese yam, tofu, ginger and spring onion (white part).

    Step 4

    注入沸水,大火煮滚后改中火炖煮至汤液呈白色(刮走汤面泡沫)。Add in hot water, cook with high heat and bring to boil. Turn to medium heat and continue cook until soup turn to white color (remove the bubble on surface).

    Step 5

    放入调味料调味即可。Season with seasoning, done.
